Taking Care of You

I'd like to welcome you to a unique geriatric medicine practice in the greater Pasadena area. I am a board-certified geriatrician who specializes in the medical care of adults age 65 and older. My mission is to provide a comprehensive care plan that is both outstanding and personalized.

Putting Patients First

PRIMARY CARE CLINIC

The central theme of each visit is to design a care comprehensive medical plan that is specific to the needs of each my patients. My goal is preventive medicine, primarily avoiding busy urgent care and ER visits.

Customized and Comprehensive

HOME VISITS

Aligned with my mission to provide a comprehensive, detailed clinic visit, I also deliver medical care to your own doorstep. I travel to Assisted Living, Board & Care, Group Home and Retirement Communities. Avoid costly transportation services by contacting our offices for a visit within 48hrs.

The Support You Need

ACUTE REHABILITATION

Post-Hospitalization is a vulnerable time for most older adults. My goal is to provide continuity of care in a nursing home after an extended hospitalization. A nursing home is becoming an integral component of our patients' lives after a hospitalization.  A local community nursing home may be necessary to transition patients who will need short-term rehabilitation.

We’re here to help you with all your needs. Get in touch by phone or email to book an appointment, to ask questions or to find out more information.
